Use

Shake the bottle well before use. For best results, exfoliate your skin first with a body scrub. Apply 2-3 pumps of the foam to a sunless tanning mitt and apply to clean skin using circular motions. We recommend using an applicator mitt. Leave on for a few hours, do not rinse off the foam.

To achieve and maintain a tan, we recommend using the foam 1–2 times a week.
